Use:

Apply a small amount of the product to the palm of your hand, then distribute it all over the scalp with massaging movements until the foam is formed. Rinse thoroughly with water.

Use:

Apply conditioner to the hair from roots to ends. Spread the product evenly with a comb. Wait 2 minutes for undamaged hair; 5 minutes if regeneration is required. Rinse with plenty of warm water.
